Employment Law & Payroll Seminar ? a success

Stafford & Co. together with the HR Dept. held a very successful seminar on 25 October 2005 on employment law and payroll.

The seminar covered a wide range of employment related issues, from procedures to have in place when taking on staff, staff retention issues and dismissal procedures. The payroll element covered the basics of operating a PAYE scheme through to tax efficient ways to reward and pay staff.

The speakers were Charlotte Gallagher from the HR Dept. and Robert Stafford of Stafford & Co.

The feedback from attendees was extremely positive and as a result it is likely that more seminars will be held in the future.
